Wilson, Ralph Holland
Biography
Born in Ottawa in 1953, Ralph Holland Wilson worked as a reporter for the Ottawa Citizen, United Press Canada and the Edmonton Sun before moving to the Canadian Pacific Railway in 1981 as a public affairs officer in Calgary. He was transferred to Montreal in 1984 where he served as CPR's manager, employee communications, responsible for production of CPR News, the railway's award-winning company newspaper. He directed the railway's communication effort during its head office relocation to Calgary in 1995. He left CPR in 1999. Today he lives in Waterdown, Ontario, with his wife Anne. Wilson is a freelance writer and communication consultant.
