Biography

Peter Tassi is a man with many ‘hats’. Writing, movie production and missionary work have been his passions in recent years, but the well-being and development of children and teenagers have always been driving forces in his life.
Peter has been working with teenagers for some twenty five years: ten years as a teacher and fifteen years as a high school chaplain. And throughout his life, he has had a deep and profound spiritual life.

Writing as Therapy:
His life took a dramatic turn after experiencing three traumatic experiences. He turned to writing as therapy and it soon became his passion. Over the past ten years Peter has had books published in the U.S. and Canada, co-wrote a musical on the life of St. Paul, written screenplays such as "3 Days", and numerous novels.
Concurrently with education, Peter has participated in many projects. Some of these include operating an adult education center, managing political campaigns and developing artists that released top ten singles in Canada.
Missionary & Humanitarian:
Alongside his passion for writing, he developed a mission to help the poor of the Third World. He has worked with missionaries in Haiti, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Africa. After returning from each trip his committee of volunteers were quick to raise money. To date, they have sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to Third World Missions.
