Frommer, Frances
Biography
Frances Frommer is a retired librarian (Hamilton Central Library), who is owned by two felines—Angel and Star. She has published articles on cats in “I Love Cats” and Cat Talk. Frances is a volunteer for the Halton/Peel Pet Loss Support Group. A confirmed ailurophile, she collects cats on stamps and over the years has amassed a considerable collection.
