Since the late 50's Bill Powell was dabbling in art and sculpture. Even at this early stage his entrepreneurial skills were promoting fellow artists.
Bill started with watercolors, then acrylics and now with oils. He has also done sculpture, prints, bas-relief and murals but his main interest is painting.
