Integration Resources Hub is a group of community programs working together to provide a coordinated service response to preschool children with special needs, their families and the day nurseries who enroll them. Participating members of Hub include:

◦Child Development Centre - Community Living Hamilton

◦Integration Program - Hamilton and District Council of Cooperative Preschools Corporation

◦Chedoke Child and Family Centre - Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation

◦Red Hill Family Centre - City of Hamilton

Integration Resources Hub provides co-ordinated intake and placement; classroom support; and information and linkages regarding funding for childcare, clinical services and community resources for preschool children
