Services for Persons with Disabilities
The Service provides:
- Material in Large Print Format - Central Library 2nd floor
- Talking Books (Guidelines apply) - Central Library 4th floor
- Daisy format - audio books recorded onto CD (same Guidelines apply) - Central Library 4th floor
- Descriptive Videos for those with visual impairments - Central Library 4th floor
- Enhanced Computer Workstation - available in Local History and Archives Department (Central Library 3rd floor)
Additional disability information is available through (DISH) (Disability Information Service Hotline). Phone 905-546-3474 (Voice and TDD).
DISH is located on the 3rd floor of the Central Library. The DISH collection has books and magazines on providing the essentials about living well with a disability.
