How to Get a Card
A representative may apply on behalf of the school, centre, or company. The institution is responsible for items borrowed and charges incurred through the use of this card.
The Corporate Application form must be signed by an executive or administrator who is authorized to accept financial responsibility for your organization. In the case of schools, the application must be signed by the principal or teacher librarian.
Restrictions
Any member of the school, centre, or company may share this card to access the library's collections. Normal borrowing limits and fines apply.
It is our standard practice to verify the application over the telephone. Following verification a card will be mailed to the organization.
