Piano Room Central Library.
There is no charge for the use of the room. Customers will present a library card at the 4th floor information desk before using the room.
Bookings
Bookings may be made by phone: 905-546-3406 or in person at the 4th floor information desk up to two days in advance.
Customers are limited to one (1) hour per day in two (2) non-consecutive half (1/2) hour time slots, Monday-Thursday, 9-9, Friday, 9-6 and Saturday 9-5.
Customers are limited to a half (1/2) hour time slot on Sundays, 1-5 (Sept.-May)
Maximum of eight (8) people in the room at any one time.
If a customer is more than five (5) minutes late for a booking, the booking is cancelled.
Restrictions on Use
Due to lack of soundproofing, no instruments can be played louder than a piano would be played. Information desk staff may request that a customer play or sing less loudly.
