mayday MAGAZINE comes out of the Sky Dragon Centre and is filled with socially engaged writing. Sky Dragon Centre is where Lit Live get togethers take place.

Potlatch Publications Limited was launched in 1972 with a singular goal: to establish a list of high-quality titles which are attractively produced, appealing to a wide audience - especially readers who love humour!
Wolsak & Wynn is a literary press located right in the heart of Hamilton. Since the company began operations in 1983, they have published 122 titles, including six nominees for, and two winners of, the Governor General’s Award for poetry.
Outside the city we find:
North Shore Publishing in Burlington. They have published many popular books of Hamilton history. Canadian Heritage Books is their online store.
Seraphim Editions in Woodstock has ties to the city and produced the Literary Faces of Hamilton poster, which can be viewed on their website.
