About the Library:
Honour With Books
What is Honour With Books?
The Hamilton Public Library offers you a unique and truly distinctive way to pay a tribute to someone you love, a family member, a colleague, or a friend - on the special occasion of a birthday, wedding, anniversary, graduation or as a memorial.
Your donation will enable the Hamilton Public Library to purchase special books, videos, and CDs for the Library - items that will provide hours of enjoyment and pleasure for everyone in your community.
How does the Library Acknowledge your Gift?
- A card will be sent out acknowledging your gift as specified on this form. If it is a memorial gift, a card will be sent to the family.
- A letter of thanks and a tax receipt will be sent to you. Tax receipts are issued for donations over $10.00.
- A distinctive bookplate will be placed in a new book in his/her name.
- All Honour With Books donations are recognized in the Library's newsletter and on the Library's web site, unless instructed otherwise.
