Hamilton's Vital Signs is a new report that looks at the vitatlity of our city, identifies significant trends and is intended to stimulate citizen awareness, discussion and action. It's part of a national initiative from Community Foundations of Canada and Hamilton is one of 16 Canadian cities participating.
