GO Transit
GO Transit is Canada's first, and Ontario's only, interregional public transit system, linking Toronto with the surrounding regions of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
The system carries nearly 55 million passengers a year in an extensive network of train and bus services that is one of North America’s premier transportation systems. Since it began operating in May 1967, over one billion people have taken the GO Train or the GO Bus.
Hamilton GO
In Hamilton, GO Transit provides convenient train and bus service from the downtown location at 36 Hunter Street East (corner of Hunter and James). Bus service is also provided to and from McMaster University, and to Stoney Creek.
