Conservation areas, the Spencer Gorge/Webster Falls and the Niagara Escarpment provide opportunities for cross-country skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, and picnicking. Flamborough is "rich in community spirit" with ten separate recreation committees, seventeen active service organizations and numerous youth and senior citizen groups throughout the area.
